
3-Day Trail & Off-Road Camp: Northern Spain 4 – 6 July ’25
INTRODUCTION
Welcome to the Rotor Adventures’ 3-Day Trail and Off-Road Camp from 4th to 6th July ’25
Riders, Guides & Instructors will be based on the shores of Ebro Reservoir, in and around the village of Cilleruelo de Bezana in Northern Spain. 70kms directly south of Santander, 120kms from Bilbao International Airport, 80kms from Burgos and lying at an altitude of 840m above sea level.
Riders can choose to join our Trail Riding, Enduro Coaching & Training, or our Hard Enduro / Romaniacs Training programme on a day-to-day basis. We will be utilising the local area near to Cilleruelo de Bezana, nestled between the Cantabria Mountains and the region of Castilla y Leon. There will be multiple guides and instructors to facilitate ability-based groups specialising in each area of Off-Road Riding.
After a full day of riding, a re-hab and stretch session will take place in the village hall with our local Pilates & Yoga instructor, Marisia.
Our UK instructors and guides will be on hand to assist with everything you need, to include managing each day, off-road riding advice and your general requirements. We have developed an excellent relationship with our local riding specialist, Julian Tortilo, who will be assisting to maximise your experience.

Bike and Gear Transportation
Your bike, your riding gear and basic spares will be transported to and from Spain by Rotor Adventures Limited. You will need to drop off your bike, gear bag and spares box prior to 29th June ’25 at an agreed location or on an agreed time/date at Rogershill Raceway, Dorset. DT2 7HN.
Carnet requirements will be completed by Rotor Adventures by 23rd June ’25. Bike details cannot be changed on the carnet after this date. Any changes will incur a charge for a new carnet and relevant associated costs.
*Rotor Adventures Limited can arrange drop-off/collection of your bike, gear and spares at a cost of £0.60 per mile.

Riding Outline*
Our 3-day Trail and Off-Road Camp is designed to cater for a variety of abilities within your chosen discipline.
The regions of Castilla y Leon and Cantabria offer a diverse and extensive network for off-road riding to challenge all levels, so daily: the guides and instructors will set out daily suggestions for each discipline, followed by a level of riding difficulty to suit your Trail & Enduro level and for those entered into Romaniacs 2025.
Trail riders will spend their day out in the mountains of Cantabria and Castilla y Leon, taking in the wonderful trails of varying difficulty.
Enduro riders will concentrate on specific technique, special tests, mx techniques, intensive & long-distance riding + nutrition, pre-hab / re-hab & mechanical knowledge.
Those looking for more intensive off-road training will be out in the mountains every day building their techniques and experience on tough, technical terrain, intensive & long-distance riding + nutrition, pre-hab / re-hab & mechanical knowledge.
There is an 8-minute woodland enduro track within 300m from your accommodation
There will be daily prehab sessions with a local Yoga and Pilates specialist Marisia, plus we will be discussing benefits of nutrition for training and development. There will be daily morning stretch and physical training sessions for those interested.
Your day will start and finish at Hostel Monica in Cilleruelo de Bezana.
*Riders need to be of a competent off-road level and prepared for extensive riding days, with the potential of varying weather conditions.
Food and Nutrition
Your accommodation is half-board to include your breakfast and evening meal from 3rd July – 6th July ’25. Rotor Adventures will be working with Hostel Monica to provide your food and nutrition in line with that available in the United Kingdom
Accommodation
Riders are accommodated at the 2-star Hostel Monica & Hostel El Escudo in the centre of Cilleruelo de Bezana. Accommodation is single occupancy for all riders.
Both hostels are comfortable accommodation with ensuite rooms. The restaurant & café/bar is within the hotel building and is the centre of the riding activity, accommodating everyone along with a workshop, jet wash and bike storage.
Airport Transfers
Riders will be collected at Bilbao airport based on the arrival from Gatwick 18.10 on 3rd July ’25
Personal Insurance
It is highly recommended to have personal insurance in the event of a medical incident.
Rotor Adventures Limited recommend Navigator Insurance, which is purposely designed to cover guided off-road riding outside of the UK.
